(Bonjour! A very quick post here to share a link to an arguably interesting thing I did last Saturday with the good folks at Turnstile Tours.)

Do we miss going to our favorite places? Our hangouts? Our third places, joints, watering holes, and haunts? Hell yes we do, and by we I mean me. And you, maybe you do, too. Let us revel in the wonder of a few of New York’s beloved bars, taverns and dives, shall we? Yes. Quite. Let’s shall.
On Saturday I was the guest star of an online experience via Turnstile Tours, blathering on about the great good places of New York, in a multimedia extravaganza (um, Google Slides) that knocked socks down an inch from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon, assuming the elastic was starting to give a little to begin with.
Turnstile Tours is a lovely NYC-based fun-sperience concern that will show you a good time, along with parts of the city you didn’t know existed. They specialize in history and place based tours, and lately they’ve been doing several online.
